Poker Jeanstore cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage (operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, etc.) resulting from the use of the Service, a late delivery, incorrect delivery or non-delivery. The Buyer may only claim compensation for products or services that are not delivered, incorrect or returned.

Moreover, Poker Jeanstore shall not assume any liability for the content of third-party websites to which it provides hypertext links, particularly with regard to privacy protection.

Poker Jeanstore cannot be held liable for non-fulfilment of orders in the following cases: force majeure, disruption or a total or partial strike of postal and transport and/or communications services, flooding or fire, non-receipt of an order due to an error or negligence on the part of the Buyer or a third party (including but not limited to the entry of an incomplete or erroneous delivery address, or an address that does not allow for proper delivery of the parcel, or a letterbox that does not comply with postal regulations).
